Accessories for a Castle room don't have to be expensive to be impressive. I was able to pick up a lightweight plastic shield and axe at a Halloween costume shop a few years back, which I hung on our castle wall. This year I'll be looking for a skull and cauldron. Try going the day after Halloween for some real bargains!

Since our castle had a Harry Potter theme, I found a very nice snowy white Owl Plush on eBay. eBay also proved to be a great source for gargoyles.
